If the clutch is bad is there potential for anything to seize while driving and cause catatonic engine failure? I have other things to work on and would ignore this for awhile if I can. Thanks dude great video

Hi thanks for the awesome video. I had my struts replaced about a year ago with some RockAuto Monroe (172185/172186) quickstruts. The ride quality seems to be getting progressively worse (I feel the road too much) and lately it seems that I’m bottoming out, but only on the front right side. It’s difficult to re-create the problem as it only happens when I hit a certain type of bump (ridge?) on the right side. If both wheels are going over the bump it won’t happen. It actually sounds like I’m getting hit by a hammer on the undercarriage. It’s hard to explain but it’s startling. Anyway my question is, is it possible I could have an improperly fitted or installed strut on that side? What else could be going on?

Do u have to replace the sparkplugs as well when u do this job? I just replaced my spark plugs abt 2-3 days ago and i dont wana have to buy another whole new set

Have that Issue on my New 23-24 Honda Accord Hybrid, All New Crv Hybrids have it too.. Supposably has to do with Capless Fuel tank , Dirt enters the tank when you insert the fuel pump, dirt accumulates in the tank and the fuel filter doesn’t catch most of the dirt. It later travels into fuel injectors leaving them stuck open.. High Recommend Dropping and Cleaning the Fuel Tank and Changing the Fuel Filter when you change the Injectors

I'm wondering if you can help me out I replace the clutch and pulley but now the pulley is not spinning continuously it spins randomly Altogether And then it just stops And the belt just slips on the pulley do you think the spacing with the shims isn't enough?

I sure thank you for this video. I had never changed out a compressor clutch and this helped tremendously. When I removed the bolt, my compressor was seized on but after a little PB blaster, I was able to grab it with a filter wrench and coax it off finally. I did remove my radiator shroud and fan but it wasn’t really necessary. Thanks again for this video. It saved me a ton of money!

Have just finished doing this repair on my Civic defineitly worth replacing this Oring as when it's worn out you will loose alot of oil and it makes a big mess this was also running down in to my gearbox and causing my clutch to slip now that it's replaced and and cleaned up no more clutch issues

Did you keep the original passenger side airbag cover? It matches the new dash well?

Thanks for the video. Big help. I got my clutch off eBay for less than $50. I will say this job is doable with patience. However, borrow or invest in HIGH quality snap ring pliers. I used the straight pliers and able to maneuver handles into fan housing to access rings straight on. Thanks again.

Do you have to remove the whole steering assembly so get clearance to access the lower control arm nuts?

I have a 2020 1.5 turbo I noticed on a cold start the card would vibrate for a few second and now all my warning lights are on. I believe I'm having the same issue please help

I thought GM stopped making these cause of the law suits cause of the cracking. did demand make them start producing them again? if you do this in the future, I would take the steering column plastics off, it isn't that hard, I have done it

Thank you for this video. I'm having this same issue of engine struggling on a cold start, and misfires. I've changed plugs, coils, cleaned MAF and throttle body, changed oil, added injector cleaner to my fuel, and the issue persists. At this point, I'm 95% positive it's faulty fuel injectors.

Are any 2006 to 2011 (8th Gen) civic sedan parts interchangeable? Like can I put a 2006 window in my 2008? I would assume basically all parts on the same generation would be interchangeable... Got a side window from salvage yard out of a different year model but the same generation and sedan also, that should be fine right? Already replaced the window regulator and it seems to line up the same as old window.

Also, is this same or similar process on a 2020?

Should have spritzed the Centre section (After an Acetone wipe) It rusts up as well. OR you could have spritzed on Graphite Lube instead. . It lives longer and rusts much less than the the Cera stuff. Graphite is Not a heat barrier though. IF that matters.

I think I watched this video before if I'm not mistaken but I have a quick question for you guys as far as I understand I am able to swap the fenders from a 92 to my 01 but with the fenders need any modifications like new screw holes or whatever to be adjusted to be able to fit them thanks in advance😊
